Job summary

Stripe seeks a seasoned Sales Operations leader to build and guide a team of FTE and outsourced experts, aiming to improve customer data quality and operational rigor. You will collaborate with GTM leadership to close gaps through robust processes, data governance, and scalable workflows.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in sales, strategy, and ops, with strong analytics, leadership, and the ability to execute while coaching others. A growth-stage SaaS/payments background is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales, strategy, and operations experience in a high-tech growth environment or as an ops consultant.
• Ability to own problems, investigate root causes, and drive execution.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership across multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to perform IC work while leading a team.
• Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving approach.
• Adaptive, flexible in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of FTE and outsourced Sales Operations experts to improve customer data.
• Partner with GTM leadership to identify gaps and address them via processes and workflows.
• Develop a data quality roadmap and prioritize initiatives.
• Align on priorities with leadership, Data Engineering, and Systems teams.
• Influence implementation and enablement of systems and tools with internal teams.
• Create an outsourcing strategy and manage contractors to scale data quality initiatives.
• Define and measure success metrics and develop dashboards.
• Communicate progress to Stripe leadership and secure support.
