Moore, a data-driven CXM company and the largest marketing, data, and fundraising firm in North America, seeks a Data Entry Clerk on-site in Topeka to accurately key donor data into internal systems for timely processing.

You will maintain speed and accuracy, follow batch workflows, update contact details, and support overtime when volumes surge; a minimum 35+ WPM typing speed and 10-key 20 WPM are preferred, with MS Office proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Enter key donor, payment, and account data accurately.
• Update contact information such as addresses, phone numbers, and emails.
• Identify and flag documents requiring correction, follow-up, or removal.
• Follow batch workflows to ensure accurate sequence and tracking of processed items.
• Maintain accurate daily piece counts and report totals to supervisor.
• Meet productivity standards while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Support overtime and occasional Saturday work during peak volume.
• Sit at a workstation for extended periods and lift up to 10 lbs as needed.
