Job summary

Moore Response Management Group, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver exceptional donor service across multiple channels at our Topeka, KS location. This full-time, on-site position focuses on processing donations, maintaining donor records, and ensuring security and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous customer service or contact center experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Provide donor-centered customer service via phone, email, text, web chat and social media.
• Process donor transactions and maintain accurate donor records in company systems.
• Follow client instructions, scripts and service guidelines to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
• Enter and verify donor information with accuracy and speed.
• Navigate multiple systems to assist donors efficiently.
• Participate in onboarding, training and cross-training across clients and channels.
• Meet quality, productivity, accuracy and service level targets.
• Support related tasks like direct mail processing and donation data entry.
