Key donor, payment, and account information into internal systems accurately and efficiently.
Update contact information such as addresses, phone numbers, and email details.
Identify and flag documents requiring correction, follow-up, or removal.
Follow batch workflows to ensure accurate sequence and tracking of processed items.
Maintain accurate daily piece counts and report totals to supervisor.
Meet productivity standards while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Support workflow demands, including overtime and occasional Saturday work during peak volume.
Sit at a workstation for extended periods (approximately 90% of the time), walk short distances between departments (approximately 10%), and lift up to 10 lbs as needed.
