Full Job Description

Responsibilities

• To reuse New Accounts operation to follow through the NAS office Instruction guideline and misbehave with regulation needed and policy needed when entering orpre-screening for editing all affiliated coding and review all supporting attestation
• To reuse and insure New Accounts misbehave with regulation needed and policy needed when POB process and delicacy streamlined in system
• To reuse and insure operation forms and media filing rightly and keep nonpublic and misbehave with regulation needed
• Response for handling Inbound/Outbound calls and follow up the action taken
• Other duties as assigned by Leader

Qualifications

• College/University degree
• Have Fluent English speaking and written chops both English and public servant
• Be Immediate and responsible
• Action plan taken upon operation's advice
• Problem working skill
• Must be suitable to effectively hear to the client, make a connection, admit and empathize when applicable
• Must have strong time operation chops and the capability to work under pressure and with limited supervision
• Well communication
• PC chops, ie, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• General marketable/ banking or credit card assiduity knowledge
• Honest, patient, responsive and with good intertwined personality
