Responsibilities

• Provide special care to many American Express customers, who have different needs.
• Build meaningful relationships through consultative inquiries to ensure added value for the client.
• Improve the experience of our customers by identifying opportunities to offer products based on the needs of our cardholders.
• Provide personalized solutions and negotiate the best possible outcome for the customer with American Express, seeking first call resolution when possible.
• Meet and exceed quality goals, compliance standards and productivity goals.
• Write down important information.
• Iterate on ways to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
