Looking for a great contract role with JOBOT? This is an ongoing TEMP/Contract requirement for a great client of ours in Newport Beach, CA. We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Consulting Data Entry Associate on a temporary basis. In this role, you will be a part of our Accounting and Finance team, working in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for maintaining and updating our company\'s financial data. This role demands a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to work independently. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to make a significant impact and contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and efficient data entry of financial information into the company\'s internal systems.
• Review and verify data for accuracy, correcting any incompatibilities and checking the output.
• Maintain and update financial records, ensuring all accounting transactions are recorded.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze financial data.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with data integrity and security policies.
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
• Support other team members and departments as necessary to meet company objectives.

Qualifications
