Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and reports with timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes.

• Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with budgeting and financial planning.
• Support the annual audit process with documentation and information.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Staff Accountant to join our team. Responsibilities

• 1. Preparing financial statements and reports, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• 2. Conducting thorough financial analysis and providing insights to support decision-making processes.
• 3. Managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring prompt and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• 4. Overseeing payroll processing, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time.
• 5. Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
• 6. Supporting the annual audit process by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentation.
• 7. Ensuring compliance with all internal policies and relevant regulations, and keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
• 8. Collaborating with other departments, providing financial guidance and support to assist in achieving company objectives.

Qualifications

• 1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is a plus.
• 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting, financial accounting, financial analysis, accounts payable, and payroll processing.
• 3. Proven experience in the construction industry is highly preferred.
• 4. Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• 5. Proficiency in using financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
• 6. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
• 7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 9. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 10. The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
