Qualifications

• Previous experience with data entry, data verification, and data management with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms such as EAMS, Maximo, SAP, or similar systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to organize and maintain detailed records.
• Knowledge of GDP and/or experience in a regulated environment such as pharmaceutical, biotechnology, manufacturing, or life sciences is preferred.

Responsibilities for a Data Entry Specialist include but are not limited to:

• Enter and verify equipment, calibration, and maintenance data within computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

• Build and maintain equipment hierarchies, asset records, and equipment lifecycle data while following established naming conventions and data standards.

• Review source documents and validate maintenance and calibration records, identifying and reporting discrepancies or inconsistencies.

• Collaborate with maintenance, calibration, engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and integrity.

Candidates for Data Entry Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Previous experience with data entry, data verification, and data management with strong attention to detail.

• Familiarity with CMMS platforms such as EAMS, Maximo, SAP, or similar systems.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to organize and maintain detailed records.

• Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and/or experience in a regulated environment such as pharmaceutical, biotechnology, manufacturing, or life sciences is preferred.

Pay Details: $19.80 per hour
