Greystar is seeking a Data Engineering Intern to gain hands-on experience ingesting data into big data platforms and enabling business insights. You will work with experienced engineers, scientists, and architects on scalable solutions across enterprise systems.

This 10-week internship offers exposure to real-world projects, cross-team collaboration, and a capstone presentation of your final project and impact.

Qualifications

• Quantitative background with analytical problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data pipelines using Python, PySpark, SQL and other tools.
• Use coding agents to speed up the delivery of data pipelines.
• Create enterprise-level code and repeatable processes.
• Operationalize data pipelines and enhance data quality across systems and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with data scientists and data architects on multiple projects.
• Partner with internal teams to support initiatives and improve performance.
• Generate relevant documentation ready for business use.
