Greystar’s Data, Digital, and AI organization invites you to join as an Analytics Engineering Intern on the Decision Intelligence team for a 10-week summer program. You’ll tackle a real business problem with data, own a scoped project from start to finish, and gain hands-on experience with modern analytics tools and AI-assisted development.

You’ll collaborate with analysts and engineers, build data models with SQL and Python, validate data quality, test and document your work, and present

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Experience with SQL and Python through coursework, projects, or internships.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to understand goals and data needs.
• Build and validate data models using SQL, Python, and Databricks.
• Use AI coding assistants as part of day-to-day workflow.
• Analyze data, identify quality issues, and develop practical solutions.
• Test, document, and improve work based on feedback.
• Present final project and recommendations to leaders.
