EY is hiring an Assistant Director – Data Engineering & Analytics Platforms to shape enterprise data, analytics and AI capabilities. You’ll partner with business leaders, architects and engineering teams to establish technical direction, deliver modern data platforms and develop solutions that create measurable business value.

Qualificações

• 8–12 years of progressive professional experience in data engineering or analytics platforms.
• Experience providing technical leadership to development teams.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise data solutions on Azure Databricks or Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong knowledge of data ingestion, transformation, modelling, testing and production support.
• Experience leading or coordinating onshore/offshore delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership for enterprise data, analytics and AI platform initiatives from design to production support.
• Guide architecture decisions to meet security, scalability and quality requirements.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through design, development, testing, deployment and production support.
• Review data pipelines and analytics solutions for reliability and performance.
• Manage risks, dependencies and delivery timelines with governance.
• Coach and mentor team members and promote best practices.
• Communicate technical risks and recommendations to stakeholders.
