Zusammenfassung

EY is seeking an Assistant Director – Data Engineering & Analytics Platforms in the US to shape enterprise data, analytics and AI capabilities. You’ll partner with business leaders and engineering teams to set technical direction and deliver modern data platforms.

You’ll lead the design and delivery of data and AI solutions using Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric and cloud technologies, mentoring teams and advancing AI adoption across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related tech field.
• 8–12 years of progressive data engineering/analytics delivery experience.
• Experience guiding architecture, solution design and technical leadership.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical leadership for enterprise data, analytics and AI platform initiatives from requirements to deployment.
• Guide architecture decisions to meet security, scalability and operational needs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through design, development, testing, deployment and support.
• Review designs, data pipelines, platform integrations for reliability and performance.
• Manage risks, dependencies and delivery timelines with governance controls.
• Coach and mentor engineers to promote best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Communicate technical risks and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Lead onshore/offshore transitions and knowledge transfer.
