Job summary

Publicis Health Media seeks a Manager of Data Onboarding and Governance to support PHM's data governance initiatives across the organization.

You will collaborate with clients, partner agencies, and internal teams to ensure accurate data collection, quality assurance, and timely delivery of dashboards and data integrations while mentoring teammates and maintaining deliverable schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
• Strong SQL skills.
• 3–5 years in data/analytics consulting or data governance.
• Experience with media data and media channel activation.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Datorama.

Responsibilities

• Supports data governance across all PHM.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver data collection and delivery.
• Support quality assurance to ensure data flows into PHM platforms.
• Provide guidance to direct reports and partners, ensuring high-quality outputs and schedules.
• Work with BI/Tech and Data to maintain data model flows and dashboard reporting availability.
