Job summary

Publicis Health Media seeks an Associate Director of Data Enablement to advance data governance, BI and data warehousing initiatives. You will partner with PHM teams and clients to deliver accurate data, dashboards and reports on time.

You will mentor teams and ensure data quality across projects. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, 5–8 years in data analytics or governance, strong SQL, and familiarity with media data; Tableau or Datorama experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Marketing or Data Analytics preferred.
• 5–8 years in data/analytics consulting or data governance.
• Strong SQL skills and data-driven mindset.
• Experience with media data and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Support data governance initiatives across PHM.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to deliver accurate data collection and delivery.
• Support quality assurance to ensure data flows into PHM platforms.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to teams and partners to meet deliverables.
• Work with BI/Tech and Data to maintain data model flows and dashboards.
