Job summary

PHM, the leading health media agency in the US, seeks a Manager of Data Onboarding and Governance to support BI and data warehouse initiatives, dashboards, and data quality. You will partner with PHM teams and clients to ensure accurate data delivery and mentor teams across projects.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, SQL proficiency, 3–5 years in data/analytics governance or consulting, and strong Excel/Tableau/Datorama skills, plus solid communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Business, Marketing or Data Analytics.
• Strong technical skills and familiarity with SQL.
• 3–5 years of experience in data/analytics consulting or data governance.
• Understand media channel activation and have experience with media data.
• Power-user of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Power-user literacy of data visualization tools like Datorama/MCI, Tableau.
• Strong proficiency in project management, time management, communication and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Support data onboarding and governance across PHM.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure accurate data collection and delivery.
• Assist quality assurance to ensure data flows into PHM platforms consistently.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to direct reports, internal teams, and partners.
• Engage with PHM client data including HCP/DTC, data integration, and taxonomy projects.
• Work with BI/Tech and Data teams to maintain data models and dashboard availability.
