Job summary

Iterative Health, a healthcare technology and services company, seeks a Data Manager to build and manage data and dashboards that support operations, decision-making, and scalable growth. Reporting to the Director of IT and partnering with Finance and other G&A leaders, you will establish data governance, improve data quality, and drive analytics across our AWS ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in BI, analytics, data analysis, or related field.
• Strong SQL skills and large dataset querying.
• Experience building production dashboards in BI tools (QuickSight, Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Ability to translate business questions into metrics and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, reports, and analytics tools across BI platforms.
• Partner with business teams to understand reporting needs and develop clear data requirements.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to analyze data and support scalable dashboarding.
• Understand data models and business processes to ensure dashboards reflect operations.
• Define and maintain consistent metrics, calculations, and reporting logic.
• Validate dashboard outputs against source systems and resolve data quality issues.
• Design intuitive, performant dashboards for operational teams and leadership.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and replace manual processes.
• Collaborate with data and engineering teams to improve datasets and pipelines.
• Establish standards and documentation for dashboards, metrics, and reporting logic.
