Job summary

Publicis Health Media in Chicago seeks a Manager of Data Onboarding and Governance to support BI solutions, data warehouse design, and data ingestion. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate data delivery and scalable dashboards.

Lead data governance initiatives, mentor teams, and ensure data quality across PHM’s platforms while working on HCP and DTC media projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Data Analytics.
• Strong SQL and data viz software skills (e.g., Tableau, Datorama).
• 3–5 years of data/analytics consulting or data governance experience.
• Experience with media data and media channel activation.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support data governance initiatives across PHM.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver accurate data collection and delivery.
• Assist quality assurance to ensure data flows into PHM platforms.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to direct reports and partners, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Work across PHM client base including HCP and DTC data, data integration, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with BI/Tech and Data teams to maintain data model flows and dashboard availability.
