Job summary

Mars Incorporated, managing Royal Canin products, seeks a Veterinary District Sales Manager in the Austin area. This field-based role targets growth of clinic partnerships, delivering data-driven outreach and strategic plans within the territory.

You will engage clinic decision-makers, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive the BU sales strategy while managing budgets and CRM reporting. The ideal candidate has veterinary clinic exposure, solid sales experience, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years sales experience, preferably B2B.
• Veterinary clinic experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate product, category, and clinic data into business opportunities.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan to grow clinics.
• Establish relationships with clinic decision-makers within geography.
• Deliver data-driven presentations for veterinary staff needs.
• Collaborate with Account teams, Digital Sales, Inside Accounts and Scientific Affairs.
• Execute the Veterinary Business Unit sales strategy.
• Manage an expense and sales budget and complete CRM/expense reports on time.
