Vanderlande is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support Distribution hiring across the Americas. The role partners with hiring managers to own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, using sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines and align with business growth.

The successful candidate will apply market intelligence, analytics and proactive engagement to deliver top talent, while mentoring others and advancing regional talent initiatives within a global TA team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of professional recruiting experience, including in-house experience.
• Experience with proactive sourcing and data-driven recruitment approaches.
• Ability to recruit across multiple functions, with distribution/logistics focus preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Distribution hiring managers across the Americas to design recruitment strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to onboarding with a high-quality candidate experience.
• Develop proactive sourcing via LinkedIn, networks, referrals and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future needs.
• Leverage Workday and analytics to monitor metrics and improve time-to-fill.
