Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two or more years in administrative, sales support, or customer service roles.
• Experience with data entry and maintaining customer information in ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day administrative support to the Sales team, including independent retailers and strategic accounts.
• Coordinates onboarding of new customers and maintains customer information across systems.
• Ensures account setup docs are complete and processed timely.
• Maintains customer master data, pricing, and sales agreements with data integrity.
• Assists with proposals, presentations, reports, and sales materials.
• Responds to inquiries and routes requests to internal departments.
• Partners with multiple departments to support customer needs and efficient sales execution.
• Assists with order management by tracking requests and status and communicating updates.
• Generates and distributes sales and customer activity reports for decision-making.
