Job summary

Lucchese Bootmaker in Dallas is seeking a results-driven Operations Lead to support store management and ensure optimal day-to-day operations. You will manage in-store workflows, maintain data integrity, and serve as a gatekeeper for products in and out of the store.

The role requires strong communication, organizational and analytical skills, with open availability for full-time work five days a week in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High school diploma or equivalent.
• A Minimum of 1+ years retail operations or logistical experience required.
• Open availability to work full-time, 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receive and tag retail goods upon arrival, with proper placement on sales floor and stock room.
• Ensure stock room inventory is organized by style and size.
• Place and monitor store sales orders and transfer orders.
• Keep record and follow progress of all pending orders.
• Assist and support sales during peak times to deliver product quickly to the sales team.
• Responsible for store safety initiatives and practices.
• Proactively plans for store supply needs within budget parameters.
• Manage customer boot stretching processes and restoration inspections.
