Job summary

SwiftX Inc. in California is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to bridge Sales/BD, Commercial Strategy, and regional sorting hubs.

You will build analytics dashboards, optimize pricing, and enable sales teams with battlecards and tools. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Sales Ops or analytics within logistics or e-commerce, strong SQL and BI skills, and fluency in English; Mandarin is a plus for cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales Operations, Analytics, or Commercial Strategy within Logistics, Last-Mile Express, Freight Forwarding, or E-Commerce Supply Chain.
• Based in California with on-site work requirement.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel/Sheets, CRM platforms, and BI tools such as Tableau/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain analytics dashboards tracking parcel volume, conversion funnels, CAC, LTV, and revenue growth across major e-commerce accounts.
• Forecast capacity demands across regional hubs and linehaul routes.
• Develop battlecards, sales enablement tools, and pitch materials for BD teams to highlight differentiators (e.g., 7/365 delivery).
• Review rate cards, custom quotes, and margins; ensure deals meet size/weight limits and service terms.
• Oversee CRM pipeline hygiene, lead attribution, deal stage tracking, quota tracking, and sales commissions.
