Job summary

SwiftX is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee DSPs and warehouse staff in California. You will enforce quality assurance protocols, monitor performance, and coordinate logistics between warehouses to ensure reliability.

You will lead budget management, set team KPIs, conduct daily control meetings, and recruit staff. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing, with bilingual Mandarin preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Bilingual Mandarin required.
• Minimum 1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist operations of DSPs and warehouse staff to meet standards.
• Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee warehouse activities for consistency and reliability.
• Coordinate logistics between warehouses.
