Job summary

SwiftX is seeking a dynamic Operations Supervisor to oversee DSPs, warehousing, and regional fleet activities. You will enforce quality assurance, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements across fast-paced logistics operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, leadership strengths, and the ability to perform under pressure. On-the-job training will be provided through rotation; benefit packages are included.

• Oversee DSPs and staffing agency operations.
• Develop and enforce QA protocols.
• Monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Oversee warehouse activities for consistency.
• Conduct daily control meetings and performance reviews.
• Recruit DSPs and provide onboarding.
• Design training to improve service quality.
• Oversee regional fleet operations and cost control.
• Optimize collection models and processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Handle daily operations and emergency responses.
