Job summary

Success Academy Charter Schools in New York City seeks a Program Manager for Faculty Planning. You will own the annual staffing calendar, coordinate across Finance, Data & Analytics, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations to ensure schools are staffed to deliver the network design.

The role emphasizes design thinking, automation, and AI to streamline processes, improve data quality, and scale staffing decisions across the growing network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 4–6 years in program management, management or internal consulting, strategy and analytics in fast‑paced or high‑growth environments.
• Experience with faculty or workforce planning, staffing strategy, succession planning, or organizational growth strategy.
• Demonstrated success managing large‑scale, cross‑functional programs from planning through execution, using data insights and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual faculty planning calendar and year‑round planning process, establishing milestones and escalation points.
• Partner with Schooling and Finance to refine staffing models and obtain leadership alignment.
• Model staffing and leadership needs over a 3–5 year horizon and assess enrollment/course changes impact.
• Monitor teacher utilization and classroom coverage, including co‑teaching, and track issues to resolution.
• Identify capability gaps and partner on strategies to attract, develop, and retain educators.
