Job summary

MissionHires is seeking a Provider Engagement Account Executive in New York to act as a strategic liaison between a major health organization and its provider network in Queens and the Bronx. This hybrid role involves 30–50% in-person meetings and remote work, focusing on value-based care performance and operational improvement.

The successful candidate will leverage data analytics to inform strategies, conduct in-person meetings, and collaborate across departments to enhance outcomes and resolve issues. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in managed care, provider relations, clinical operations, or quality improvement.
• Proven experience conducting face-to-face provider visits to review performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of HEDIS/quality measures, utilization management, and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct frequent in-person meetings with providers to review performance and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with providers on value-based care agreements and align on outcomes.
• Analyze performance data to deliver actionable insights that improve clinical and operational outcomes.
