Qualifications

3+ years of experience analyzing data and producing reports.
Experience conducting trainings on policies and procedures.
High accuracy in preparing and entering information.
Advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

Assist Project Director by analyzing data and producing reports to support decisions.
Analyze, monitor, and report program performance for compliance with requirements.
Develop and maintain performance dashboards, trackers, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor data entry in WorkInTexas for accuracy and timeliness.
Track performance benchmarks and identify gaps and risks; support corrective actions.
Prepare for board, state, and federal monitoring visits, audits, and reporting deadlines.
Other duties as assigned.
