Job summary

Qualifications

• Three+ years of data analysis and performance management experience.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, validating, and reporting on performance data.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables, formulas, data analysis, and visualization.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support performance management and data analytics activities.
• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to support program and operational requirements.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain performance metrics, KPIs, and performance measures.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, scorecards, and data visualizations to communicate program performance.
• Prepare executive-level briefings, presentations, and other analytical deliverables.
