Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience analyzing data and producing reports.
• Experience conducting trainings on policies and procedures.
• Strong attention to accuracy in data handling and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Director by analyzing data and producing reports to support decisions.
• Analyze, monitor, and report on program performance for compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership and frontline staff to evaluate performance metrics and identify trends.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to evaluate performance against indicators.
• Generate dashboards, trackers, and reports for internal staff, leadership, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor data entry related to performance outcomes for accuracy and timeliness.
• Support leadership in preparing for board, state, and federal monitoring visits, audits, and reporting deadlines.
• Other duties as assigned
