Job summary

Datamark, Inc. is seeking a Project Analyst to perform business analysis on current processes and systems. You will document data analysis, reporting processes, and related tools, while supporting business planning and needs assessment for clients.

Key duties include interfacing with customers, eliciting requirements, and producing clear, professional communications. Strong Excel/Office and SQL basics, plus Power BI familiarity, are desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business or Engineering preferred, or equivalent work experience
• At least 2 years of client interface experience
• At least 2 years of experience in data or business analysis
• Proficiency in creating meaningful reporting data and documenting requirements

Responsibilities

• Proactively communicates with customers to analyze information needs and deliver analysis and reports
• Establishes effective working relationship with client
• Elicit requirements using interviews, workshops, surveys, and process descriptions
• Critically evaluates information from multiple sources and clarifies needs
• Prepare written business correspondence and presentations
• All other duties as assigned
