Job summary

CMI Media, LLC is seeking a Manager, People Partnerships to lead strategic HR partnerships and translate enterprise priorities into actionable people initiatives. You will drive talent planning, organizational design, and change management in collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

As a People leader, you will leverage data to guide decisions, coach managers on performance conversations, and design development programs that elevate engagement and employee experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strategic People Partnership or HRBP background.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.
• Proven ability to translate business priorities into actionable people strategies.
• Strong collaboration across senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience leveraging data, metrics, and insights to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Execute talent strategies aligned with senior leadership priorities.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring strategies and workforce planning.
• Provide strategic insights in cross-functional forums and planning discussions.
• Utilize People Analytics dashboards to guide data-informed decisions and action planning.
• Coach managers on feedback, performance conversations, and development planning.
• Design and implement performance improvement plans (PIPs).
• Promote inclusive growth and equitable development across the organization.
• Support workforce planning, talent reviews, and transformation initiatives.
