Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years progressive HR experience; 2 years in an HR Business Partner or consultative role preferred.
• Working proficiency in Workday (or similar HRIS) including transactional actions and strategic work.
• Experience handling complex employee relations end-to-end.
• Experience designing and delivering training for adult learners.
• Proven ability to improve processes and create SOPs.
• Knowledge of employment law across multiple states.
• Experience with AI tools to enhance HR work.
• Strong written and verbal communication; influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and managers as their primary HR partner.
• Analyze people data and workforce trends to surface risks and opportunities.
• Support and execute employee lifecycle processes including hiring, onboarding, leaves, changes, and offboarding.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for core HR processes across a multi-market workforce.
• Partner with HR Director on workforce planning and change initiatives.
• Use data and AI-enabled insights to inform recommendations.
• Manage employee relations matters from intake to resolution with appropriate documentation.
• Coach managers on performance management, feedback, and documentation.
• Identify talent gaps and contribute to succession planning and development strategies.
• Align talent needs with business strategy across client groups.
