Stand Together is seeking a Manager of Media Partnerships to advance strategic media collaborations and transform partnerships from project-based to proactive alliances.

You will oversee operations across a portfolio of media partnerships, ensuring alignment with our mission and driving efficient workflows. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners will be essential to deliver high-quality content and timely outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of operations and project management experience.
• Expertise with Airtable, Asana, Workfront, and Salesforce.
• Excellent writing skills for concise reports and briefs.
• Ability to set deadlines, logistics, and operational plans for complex projects.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple projects on time.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and curiosity.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with urgency and composure.

Responsibilities

• Develop, drive, and track partnership plans with stakeholders.
• Manage portfolio of relationships with production studios for partnerships.
• Build workflows and best practices to support a growing portfolio.
• Coordinate timelines, project tracking, resources, and communications.
• Translate complex ideas into clear creative briefs for content partnerships.
• Support development and management of media partnerships aligned with strategy.
• Provide operational support for media projects from concept to finish.
