Job summary

WebMD is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to drive strategic talent initiatives and partner with executives to align people strategies with business goals. You will lead workforce analytics, guide organizational change, and champion AI-enabled HR tools within a data-driven culture.

This role emphasizes Lean/Agile approaches and executive coaching to improve efficiency and employee experience while partnering with WebMD HR leadership on transformative initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience supporting senior leaders.
• Experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Strong employee relations, coaching, and leadership consulting experience; demonstrated use of workforce analytics to influence decisions.
• Experience improving business processes through automation or continuous improvement.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnership: align people strategies with business objectives with executive leaders.
• Lead workforce analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for leadership decisions.
• Champion AI-enabled HR tools and governance for ethical, compliant use.
• Drive change management initiatives during growth, restructuring, or transformation programs.
• Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture and optimize HR service delivery through process redesign.
