Uber Freight is seeking an Operations Recruiting Manager to lead and scale its Talent Acquisition team across the Operations segment. You will bridge workforce strategy with hands-on execution, optimizing pipelines and the candidate experience to drive growth.

You will collaborate with executives, forecast needs, and implement data-driven hiring strategies while ensuring fast, equitable recruitment across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Proven data-driven recruitment strategy experience.
• Experience building, managing and hiring teams.
• Experience in transportation/logistics environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a high‑performing talent acquisition team.
• Partner with executives and leaders to forecast headcount and priorities.
• Standardize recruitment workflows, ATS processes, and interview standards.
• Leverage analytics to influence decisions and improve hiring operations.
