Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Pennsylvania seeks an Operations Manager to lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly associates in a fast-paced fulfillment environment. You will drive safety, quality, attendance and performance while delivering on-time customer orders across first, middle, and last mile operations.

You will mentor staff, manage large projects with site and regional impact, analyze productivity data, and partner with Safety, Engineering, HR, and others to meet business

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and partnering with Leaders to load balance.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, and HR to meet objectives.
