Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Operations Manager in Wisconsin (Greenville) to lead a team of salaried and hourly staff, drive safety, quality, and delivery performance, and implement productivity improvements across First/ Middle/ Last mile operations.

You will mentor teams, manage large-scale projects, and partner with Safety, Engineering, and HR to meet business goals in a dynamic fulfillment network. Flexible scheduling and weekend/night hours are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet objectives.
