Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join the Occupier Advisory Services Operations team in the United States. The role focuses on supporting brokerage professionals, consultants, and platform teams through data management, pursuit records, and reporting using Excel, Salesforce, and BI tools.

You will help build and maintain dashboards, track sales data, and assist in strategic initiatives while ensuring accuracy and deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field.
Some exposure to Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables) and a willingness to learn more.
Interest in CRM systems like Salesforce (prior experience a plus).
Strong desire to learn about sales cycles, data management and reporting.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines in a team environment.
Interest in data management and learning new tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

Support CRM records creation and updates in the pursuit lifecycle.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
Assist team with CRM-related questions and processes.
Build and maintain team reports and dashboards with Excel and other tools.
Track performance metrics and sales data; assist revenue projection.
Coordinate with leadership to prepare executive reporting and presentations.
Assist with expense coding and reporting; collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
