Job summary

SECU is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to empower the Marketing team with data and insights that quantify performance and guide improvements across channels. The role focuses on building dashboards and reports and transforming large data sets into actionable intelligence for member success and organizational goals.

You will collaborate with IT, BI, and other departments as the Marketing data owner, developing data models for segmentation, benchmarking, and A/B testing to support campaigns,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years related work experience.
• Proficiency in SQL / SAS and Microsoft Excel (complex functions).
• Broad and deep knowledge of marketing promotion methods and best practices.
• Experience with A/B & Multivariate testing/analysis.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and develop relationships.
• Strong data storytelling and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to form actionable insights addressing marketing challenges.
• Assist leadership in establishing a long-term strategy for marketing measurement across SECU systems and efforts.
• Conduct analysis to inform product and service optimization and monitor marketing effectiveness.
• Publish and present periodic marketing reports and dashboards with data aggregation and visualization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to manage data acquisition, handling, and governance.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and presentations as needed.
