Job summary

Montage Marketing Group is seeking a Data Analyst to support client-facing projects in a growing marketing and communications environment. This role combines data analysis, reporting, performance measurement, and strategic insights to help clients make informed decisions and optimize marketing, outreach, communications, and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in data analysis, program evaluation, market research or similar field.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Professional background in a client-facing, professional services environment.
Experience in programming languages for data analysis (Python, R) and developing data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
Deep understanding of SQL and data governance practices.

Responsibilities

Analyze large and diverse datasets to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and risks.
Develop metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards to measure marketing and communications effectiveness.
Conduct audience, customer, stakeholder, and campaign analysis to support strategic decisions.
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports.
Translate findings into clear recommendations for non-technical audiences.
