Responsibilities

• Validate Advance Shipment Notifications and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop and manage daily receiving plans for containers and trailers.
• Analyze inventory assortment and recommend balancing transfers.
• Monitor inbound shipment flow and identify bottlenecks.
• Communicate operational risks, delays, and capacity concerns.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve product flow efficiency.
• Utilize Excel and Qlik to analyze operational performance.
