Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Research orders in Storis.
• Update the route tracker as tasks are completed.
• Process routes daily following SOPs.
• Complete Salesforce cases and assist with escalations.
• Communicate with stores and warehouse partners on route changes.
• Respond promptly to email inquiries.
