Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise inbound putaway and outbound pulling and staging for shipment. You will direct a team of employees and temporary associates under the Warehouse Supervisor, creating assignments and continuously improving daily operations to maximize inventory accuracy.

In this role you will ensure safety, productivity, and high quality in all processes, coordinating with floor teams to meet distribution goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Two years of warehouse experience or more.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook/Excel/Word) required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the putaway of inbound product into inventory and the pulling and staging of outbound products for shipment.
• Directs Arhaus employees and temporary associates under supervision of Warehouse Supervisor.
• Creates assignments and improves day-to-day putaway and pulling operations to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensures operations are safe, productive, and high quality to meet business needs.
