Job summary

Agillence, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Analyst to support inbound logistics planning for a designated region across North American manufacturing plants.

You will handle domestic routing, data collection, analysis, reporting, and implementation support. Responsibilities include daily interaction with plant materials analysts, logistics and procurement teams, carriers, and suppliers to drive continuous improvement, plus data-driven maintenance of container data and weekly/monthly reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, material planning, or a related supply chain role.
• Strong analytical, follow-through, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bring projects to completion and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with supplier ordering, logistics, and material scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Interact daily with client plant materials analysts, logistics and procurement teams, carriers, and suppliers to identify and advance continuous improvement opportunities.
• Use data analysis and established systems and processes to support the maintenance of part-level container data.
• Support logistics network optimization by gathering plant-specific requirements, reviewing operational feasibility, and assisting with implementation.
• Analyze transportation route utilization and identify improvement opportunities.
• Compile data from the Logistics Planning team and external supply chain partners to produce weekly and monthly reports.
• Follow up on assigned projects, meet deadlines, and communicate progress and results to stakeholders.
• Travel approximately 10% within the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
