Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Planning Analyst to manage purchase orders from creation to warehouse receipt, and to monitor inventory levels to optimize stock positioning. You will collaborate with the Merchandise Planner to align purchasing with financial goals and store efficiency.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with strong Excel skills and the ability to translate data into actionable plans that support Arhaus’ objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 1 year of inventory analysis, planning, allocation or buying.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a changing environment with efficiency.
• Excellent listening, written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Generate Purchase Orders with guidance from the Merchandise Planner.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock to maximize efficiency.
• Track and manage open Purchase Orders and vendor shipping statuses.
• Create reports and analyses to guide inventory strategy and planning.
• Collaborate with Planner to adjust orders based on sales and inventory.
