Responsibilities

• Evaluate and process import documents and coordinate with customs brokers for releases.
• Assist supervisors to resolve transaction issues.
• Maintain shipment status reports and broker knowledge for efficient customs clearance.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure timely movement and delivery of goods.
• Work with freight carriers/brokers to ensure on-time arrivals and manage invoicing approvals.
• Prepare and process import documents and broker invoices; manage container shipments.
