Job summary

Worthington Enterprises in Columbus, OH is seeking a Compensation Analyst to design, maintain and optimize compensation structures. You will lead market analyses, prepare offers, and advise managers on compensation decisions aligned with our philosophy. The role builds data-driven insights, maintains HRIS classifications, and collaborates with HRIS and Finance to improve reporting and pay practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or Business or related field.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead market analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Provide compensation analysis and prepare offer letters for new hires and promotions.
• Advise managers on compensation topics aligned with Worthington's philosophy.
• Manage external survey data and benchmark sources for cost-effective benchmarking.
• Audit and maintain job and grade classifications in the HRIS.
• Develop and maintain compensation policies, pay structures and salary administration processes.
• Collaborate with HRIS and Finance to streamline data management and reporting.
