Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a closely related field.
• 0–4 years of relevant experience depending on educational background.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with HRIS.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines.
• High attention to detail and proven project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional leadership to interpret compensation policies and provide guidance on new hire offers and internal promotions.
• Manage the administration of annual compensation cycles including merit increases, bonuses, and wage adjustments.
• Perform detailed job evaluations and assign appropriate salary grades using established internal methodologies.
• Analyze geographic and functional market data to ensure competitive pay structures.
• Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to monitor market trends and present formal recommendations to stakeholders.
• Participate in the creation and implementation of new compensation programs and corporate policies.
