Triunity Software is seeking a sharp Business Analyst to join our Calgary, AB team, bridging business needs with technology solutions in a fast-paced software environment. You will gather requirements, translate them into functional specs and user stories, and facilitate workshops while collaborating with developers, QA, and project managers throughout the SDLC to deliver measurable outcomes.

Strong communication, analytical thinking, and experience with Agile/Scrum and tools like JIRA,

Qualifications

2+ years as a Business Analyst in software or technology environment.
Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
Experience with Agile/Scrum and sprint-based delivery.
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Visio or similar platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
CBAP certification or equivalent is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across departments
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories for development teams
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit and validate requirements
Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Create and maintain detailed documentation including BRDs, process flows, and use cases
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives
